Nicola Gordon

Nicola Gordon holds several board positions in the public, private and voluntary sector, including as a director of energy company OKEA ASA which was floated on the Norwegian stock exchange in 2019. At the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) she sits on the Board and chairs the Audit and Risk Committee. Nicola has over thirty years of experience in the oil and gas industry, formerly serving with the Royal Dutch Shell Group. Nicola is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Energy Institute. Early in her career, she was the first woman to be awarded a Masters degree in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University. She also holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from University of Newcastle upon Tyne. Nicola served as President of the Scottish Energy Forum from 2019 – 2021.
