Unlocking Geothermal’s Growth Opportunity

Join us with Guest Speaker

Kate Adie, Research Analyst, Wood Mackenzie

For almost a century, geothermal energy has remained a niche resource – limited to locations where heat and permeability naturally align.

Today, new technologies such as Enhanced and Advanced Geothermal Systems are challenging those limits, aiming to unlock vast resources in areas previously considered unsuitable. The key to this shift lies in proving commercial viability at scale and reducing development costs. This presentation examines how these innovations could reshape the geothermal market, and the critical steps needed for geothermal to evolve into a mainstream contributor to the global energy transition.
