PfW State of the Nation 2026: “Progress and Pressure in the Energy Sector”

PfW State of the Nation 2026

Progress and Pressure in the Energy Sector

Building on our ongoing collaboration with PowerFul Women, the Scottish Energy Forum is pleased to bring the State of the Nation session back to Aberdeen in the period following publication of the next report in June.

At a time of significant transformation, there is a risk that diversity and inclusion can be deprioritised yet these remain critical to organisational resilience, talent attraction, and long-term performance. This session explores the intersection between the ongoing pressures facing the energy sector and progress on gender balance.

The session will draw out key insights from across the UK energy sector, with a particular focus on what they mean in a Scottish context, highlighting both areas of progress and where challenges remain.
