Balancing energy security, resilience and transition across the UK gas value chain

Gas continues to play a critical role in balancing the UK’s energy system, supporting industry and maintaining energy security. But as domestic production declines and the transition to clean power accelerates, how resilient is the UK gas value chain?

This event will explore where our gas should come from, the infrastructure and investment needed to support security of supply, and the needs of industries that remain reliant on gas. The discussion will also consider how the UK can manage the transition while maintaining resilience, competitiveness and a secure energy system.
