We are thrilled to be returning to Edinburgh for the 45th Annual Dinner of the Scottish Energy Forum. The highlight of the year for our membership community, we once again look forward to welcoming hosts and their guests to Edinburgh.

Karl Johnny Hersvik
Karl Johnny Hersvik has been CEO of Aker BP since May 2014. Prior to joining Aker BP, he served as head of research for Statoil. Hersvik has held a number of specialist and executive positions with Norsk Hydro and StatoilHydro.
Hersvik holds a Cand. Scient. (second cycle) degree in Industrial Mathematics from the University of Bergen.
Hersvik is member of the Board of Directors at Offshore Norway, the International school of Bergen (ISB), and Clara Venture Labs.

Submission extended deadline for print is the 31st of January 2024
You should complete a form for each hosted table and where you need to make changes you can edit or submit a new form.

Sponsors programme adverts to be provided in two ways:
Full page with Bleed – 148 x 210mm with 3mm bleeds (154mm x 216mm)
To sit within a full page – 128 x 190mm
All ads should be cmyk at 300dpi.
Logos
Sponsors logos should be supplied as eps or high res jpgs (300dpi)

Security, Dress Code and Briefing your guests

As before, we are taking measures to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees. As such we have security measures in place on arrival and throughout the course of the evening. Please ensure that your guests are briefed as to what to expect at and bring to the venue.
The measures will include:
– guest wristbands for access to and movement inside the building, these will be distributed to hosts in January
– bag check on arrival
– name and ID check at registration for which guests should be equipped with photographic ID (Drivers licence/passport/workplace security pass) and the name of their table host.
– limited access to the building after check in has closed (6.45pm)
– guests should not use alternative exits and entrances without the express guidance of the onsite security team
Dress Code is formal/black tie/kilts
