The Scottish Energy Forum brings together energy professionals from across all disciplines and areas of expertise. We enjoy monthly briefings in Edinburgh and London and offer members and their guests the opportunity to join discussions and debate in an informal and social setting.

We welcome interested non-members to all of our events.

Golf Days and Field Visits

In addition to our lecture format we offer opportunities for field visits, golf days and simply social events.

Many of our members share a curiosity about the landscapes within which our energy systems sit. Visiting some of Scotlands renowned geological features as part of a guided walk makes for an enjoyable outing – some of our past walks have included Arthur’s seat and Siccar Point both within easy reach of Edinburgh and in 2023-24 we have a planned visit to the Highland Boundary Fault visible on the shore at Stonehaven.
